When it comes to setting up recurring maintenance, you have the standard options such as fortnightly, monthly, annually, etc however we have added in a new option which is Seasonal.
What Is A Seasonal Recurring Job?
Season allows you to create a recurring job with no set frequency, the system will generate the initial work order to the trade and then only trigger the next work order once an invoice is completed against the first.
This is different to say Monthly recurring jobs where regardless of a job being completed or not, every month a new work order will generate.
An example of when you may use the season recurring option, would be if you had a recurring lawn maintenance that was every 3 weeks in winter but every 2 weeks in summer, this allows no set recurrence to be applied and the system will continue to keep generating the next work order once the one prior is completed.
