The Daily PM Reminder Emails feature in Invoice Automate, simplifies communication by consolidating Property Management (PM) reminders into one daily summary email. This automated summary ensures property managers stay informed without receiving multiple individual notifications, enhancing efficiency and clarity.

Feature Overview

Invoice Automate compiles daily PM reminders into one streamlined email sent to specified addresses.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Log into Invoice Automate.

  2. Navigate to the 'General Settings' tab.

  3. Enable the 'Send daily summary PM Reminders' setting.

  4. Enter the email address(es) into the provided text area. Use commas to separate multiple addresses.

  5. Ensure email validation is completed successfully.

  6. Save the changes.

This feature streamlines daily communications for property management teams by sending all scheduled reminders in a single, clear summary email. Once enable, the Property Manager will start receiving the Daily Summary email at 3:30PM EST.
