Property owners can now add notes that appear directly in the Property Manager’s email and job notes view. This ensures critical information from owners isn’t missed during job approvals or completions, improving clarity and reducing communication gaps.
Previously, when an owner added a note for a maintenance request, it wasn’t visible to the property manager (PM) in the email or job notes section. This led to missed instructions and delays. Now, owner notes are clearly displayed under the PM email body and in the Notes tab within the job, ensuring better visibility and reference.
