STEP 1: When conducting an inspection on the app, tap on the Last Inspection Data icon a the top right of the Perform Inspection Screen
STEP 2: On the pop up that appears, you will have a few selections to make.
Selecting Inspection and Choosing Data
Tap the drop-down menu to select a past Closed status inspection to copy from.
Select from the options Conditions, Comments and/or Media to load from the selected inspection.
Then tap 'Save' to accpet the selections you have made.
STEP 3: You have a number of options to choose from when it comes to using data from another inspection.
Activating Data:
You can choose to reuse all the data in the entire inspection by selecting the 'Quick select last data for the entire inspection' options for Conditions, Comments and/or Media.
Or you can tap 'Select' on every Comment/Media individual item if you want to be more specific
Once each Comment or Media item is activated they will show as 'Selected'. This indicates that this data will be included in the inspection when synced to the website.
You can also leave all the data inactive and view the last inspection data only as a reference of the condition of the property at the time of the inspection you have copied from.
