[PM] Dashboard Overview & Job Categories/Statuses

A quick run through the dashboard main features

The Bricks + Agent Dashboard is rules and reminders based which means it presents jobs when they need your attention.

As a user when you log into the account you will see the following categories in the dashboard.

The main objective of the separation is to list out the jobs under the respective job status, thereby allowing you to quickly attend to jobs according to its requirement.

Following is a brief intro of what each Job Status means under each category, for you to get a better idea of attending to maintenance requests.

A list of jobs that require immediate attention will be prompted, these jobs were triggered based on the predefined set of business rules defined.

For example, 2 Quotes Pending Jobs that have not been actioned.

This is where you have defined a business rule, for the jobs that have been sent for trade to place a quote, and if the trades have not been quoted within the defined period, those jobs will be listed over here. So that you can review and remind the trade.

All the jobs that require your approval or action will be listed here. It is further broken down into subcategories to make it easy for you.

  • Trade Posted - All the jobs that are posted by trades will be listed here for your approval.

  • Invoice Review - Jobs that have been completed and the trade has submitted an invoice for approval.

All the jobs that are ready to be assigned to trades will be listed under this section.

  • Tenant Posted - All the jobs that are posted by the tenants will be listed here for your approval. You can either reject the job, edit the job, send a work order / quote, or request approval from the owner to proceed. Jobs submitted via REHeros or the Field Worker app will load in here as well.

  • Drafted Jobs - These are all the jobs you have started to post but saved as a draft to send out later. Any maintenance created through Inspection Manager and Inspection Express will also appear in your Drafted Jobs section for you to action.

  • Owner Approved - The jobs that have been sent for owners' approval and have received their green light to proceed are listed here.

Jobs that may not require action immediately but will need to be reviewed.

  • Quotes Available - Once a job receives at least one quote from the invited trades, the job is moved from "Quotes Pending" to "Quotes Available". This allows you to quickly attend to jobs that require you to review quotes and award the jobs.

  • Overdue - The jobs that have been scheduled and not yet started by the end time will be moved here after 1 hour as an overdue jobs.

  • Owner Rejected Jobs - The jobs that have been sent for owners' approval and have been rejected are listed here.

If you need to find additional jobs, you can use the search bar. You can search under property, jobs, or trade or utilise the advance search to filter by different status's.

Property Category - this will list all the jobs you need for that property under 3 categories: Open Jobs, Recurring Jobs, and Closed Jobs.

Jobs Category - you may search for the job using a unique job number.

Trade Category - this will list all the jobs you need by searching for a trade name.
