As a Property Manager, you have the option of rejecting the Quote sent by the trade for a maintenance request.
You are able to find Quote Accept and Reject actions under the "Quotes Available state."
When you click the 'Reject' button, you can leave a note and explain why the quote was rejected.
Once you reject the quote, the status will be displayed on the quote.
