Once you have received your quotes for a particular job, you have the option to send them to your owner for approval.
STEP 1: Down the bottom of the page, click the 'Ask for owner approval' button.
STEP 2: Upon clicking the 'send for owner approval' button, you have the option to edit the quote before you send it out to the owner to add a few words or personalise it a bit further.
From here, you have the option to write the owner a note which can be used to ask a question or provide a recommendation to the owner and will be sent via email to the owner.
You also have the option to send via SMS and set it as default. By clicking on the ‘Set as default’ button, the selected channel will be set as the default notification method for future owner approvals of this property.
STEP 3: After you've made any changes/selections click 'Ask Owner Approval.'
Once you click the 'Ask Owner Approval' button, this will send an email off to the owner and the owner can either accept or reject a quote.
