✨Enhancements to recurring job posting flow

  • We have redesigned the entire process of posting recurring jobs to make it easier for you to create and manage recurring jobs.

  • Now you can easily post a recurring job by following the below steps:

    • Select the recurrence type

    • Select the first recurrence due date

    • Select the trigger work order no of days prior

    • Select the recurrences using one of the following options.

      • Number of recurrences or setting no recurrence end date

✨ Facility to filter Jobs for the Deactivated Properties

  • With this release, now you can filter jobs relevant to deactivated properties using the 'show deactivated properties' checkbox provided in the Advanced Search.

✨Ability to upload documents to a trade profile for organisation use

  • You can upload documents to a trades profile, which can be viewed by the property managers of your agency.

  • Navigate to a trades profile and click on the “edit” icon next to the “Documents” section to upload documents related to them. Once the documents are uploaded, click on the “Save” button.

✨ Displaying Pending Approval trades under “Your Trade” in the Job posting flow

  • When you post a Work Order or Quote request job, you can view/search the trades that are not approved.

✨ Ability for Property Managers to switch jobs from Paid to Warranty

  • You can now switch a job from 'paid to warranty', the switched job will be approved automatically. Also, you can view the “Switched to: Warranty“ tag under the job overview/details section.

✨ Displaying the Agency Address in Work Order

  • The agency address is now visible in the work order.

✨ Introducing the “Opted Out” tag

  • To easily identify trades who have opted out of receiving emails, we now display an "Opted Out" tag when composing emails via the 'New Email' section.

✨ Display a message indicating the assigned trade has not created a profile

  • We have introduced restrictions on the 'Approve Invoice' and 'Add Invoice' functions if the assigned trade does not have a profile in the trust accounting system.

  • Once the trade creates the profile in the trust accounting system, you can continue with the Invoice approval process.

✨View maintenance requests created during an Inspection

  • After the creation of an Inspection Manager related maintenance request, you will now have the ability to see the same job in the "Inspection drafted" section.

  • Also, you can view the 'Inspection drafted' tag in the Overview/Details tab of the particular job.

✨Introducing the 'Issue Resolved' Tab in the Property Detail View

  • We have now introduced the 'Issue Resolved' tab to the Property Details View which allows you to identify the troubleshooting guide usage of tenants when posting maintenance requests.

✨Introducing a New Urgency Type for Tenant-Posted Job Automation Rules

  • This feature enables Lead Admins to create new Job Automation rules for "Tenant posted" jobs with the urgency type set as "Emergency."

✨Introducing the finance email and the invoice disbursements email

  • Now you can define a finance email address for the organisation via General Settings under Agency Configuration, by enabling the “Enable daily Invoice summary email “ setting

  • Upon enabling the above-mentioned setting, the system will automatically send an Invoice summary email, along with the corresponding Invoice attachments, to the designated finance email at the end of each day.

✨ Enhancing the Job search widget in the Insights

  • With this improvement, we will display the jobs relevant to each assigned property manager in the job search widget in Insights.

✨Minor enhancements and bug fixes.
