With this enhancement, when you enable the 'Get water meter readings from Inspection Manager' setting, the system will automatically identify the water meter readings sent through Inspection Manager.

When the above-mentioned setting is disabled, the system will identify the water meter readings via the Invoice.

With this release, now you can define the email list under the 'Enable list of accounting email' setting, that the 'Summary of expected invoices' email should receive.

When this setting is not enabled for the Agency, the system will send 'Summary of expected invoices' to the emails added to the list.

With this latest enhancement, Invoice Automate users can now include notes when sending an invoice for the property manager's approval.

These notes will be visible to the property manager when they review and approve the invoice. Additionally, property managers will also be able to see the added notes in the summary email that lists approval pending invoices.

With this new enhancement, users of Invoice Automate can now easily create recurring invoices on a biannual basis by selecting installment periods as biannually.
