✨ Control the availability of the Furniture List, Water Meter Location, and Water Meter Reading sections in Commercial Ingoing and Outgoing inspections for clients in New Zealand

With this improvement, a toggle switch will be available on the 2nd page of the open edit panel in Inspection Manager CMS. By enabling this setting, the Furniture List, Water Meter Location, and Water Meter Reading sections will be available in the Ingoing and Outgoing inspections, and by disabling this setting, these sections will be hidden from the Commercial Ingoing and Outgoing inspections.

To locate this section, simply click on the Settings tab on the Inspection Manager CMS, then under Reporting, click "Open Edit Panel" change the Report Name to Ingoing/Outgoing, and then navigate to Page 2 at the top right of that page.

πŸ“ Note: This will only apply to clients in New Zealand and for Commercial Offices only.

✨ Automatic removal of inspections cancelled in Property Tree from Inspection Manager

This improvement ensures that when a Property Tree user cancels an inspection from their end (within the Property Tree platform), the corresponding inspection will be automatically removed from the Inspection Manager application on the next Property Tree sync.

✨ Enhancements for Paperless Report Links

  • Report Link for Tenant: When an ingoing inspection is in Completed or Tenant Review status, you can now generate a "Preview link" for the ingoing inspection to be emailed from your own email system.

  • Tenant Report Links: For inspections in 'Tenant Review' status, you can now generate an editable report link for each tenant to be emailed from your own email system.

✨ Edit tenancy

This new improvement empowers you to edit the tenancy of inspections already in Tenant Review status in the event that incorrect details were entered before sending it to the tenant.

✨ Delete Closed and Completed status Inspections

With this improvement, you now have the ability to delete closed and completed status inspections by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right of any closed or completed status inspection and clicking "Delete".

You also have the option to restore inspections in the event of accidental deletion using the Recycle Bin tab at the top right of the Inspection Manager website.
