✨Latest Updates on the 'Make a Payment' feature

  • With this release, offices using our integration with Chintaro will be able to make partial payments to the assigned trade using the ‘Make a Payment' option. This option will be available when the job is in the In progress, Overdue, and Unscheduled statuses.

Note: In earlier releases, this feature was exclusive to offices using our Property Tree integration. With our latest enhancements, offices using our integration with Chintaro will now also have access to this functionality

  • You can check the partial payments made for the job by clicking on the 'View partial payments' button displayed in the Overview/Details tab.

✨Notifying partial payment details to the Agency’s accounting email

  • Now, when you make a partial payment via the ‘Make a Payment’ option, the details of the particular partial payment will be shared with the ‘Accounting Email’ defined in the Agency configuration -> General Settings

  • In addition, the 'Job Completion' email that is sent to the agency's 'Accounting Email Address', will now contain information related to partial payments for the particular job.

✨Excluding ‘Future Tenants’ from the system

  • With this enhancement, future tenant details will not be displayed across the system. Therefore, the future tenant’s details will not be displayed in the work orders.

  • Future tenants will be excluded from email communication until they become current tenants of the property.

Note: This feature is only relevant to users of Console Cloud and Palace

✨Introducing GST charges for New Zealand

  • With this release, 15% GST will be charged when New Zealand users perform the following actions on the B+A platform:

    • Monthly organisation charge, including add-on payments

    • SP monthly payment (commission)

    • Per-job payment for SP (commission)

    • Split payment (commission)

✨ Enhancements of Snooze Job Feature

  • When a job is put on hold (snoozed), it will be marked as "snoozed" on the job overview, activity timeline, and PDF report.

  • If you search for a snoozed job by its ID or address, it will now show a "Job Snoozed" label in the search results.

  • If any actions are taken on a snoozed job while it's on hold, the snooze will be removed, and the original job status will reappear.

✨ Enhancement to the Asset Registry

  • With this release, you can Add, Edit or Delete an asset for a specific property.

  • This activity will be shown under the activity timeline and the generated activity timeline pdf.

✨ Introducing search filters & columns in Insights for Priority Level

  • When you navigate to the ‘Insights’ section, you should be able to view the ‘Urgency’ on the ‘Job search’ table and filters to help you prioritise jobs

✨ Enhancement for the email tab when sending new emails.

  • In the latest update, when you send a new email, you will see the first name and last name of the person you are sending it to. This information will also be visible in the detailed view of the email.

  • Additionally, these actions will be recorded in the timeline, and if you create a PDF of that timeline, it will include this information.

  • When you reply to an email, the sender's first and last name will also be shown in the timeline and PDF.

✨Updating the property owner threshold value

  • With this new release, the system will now sync the expenditure limit value of a specific property from Property Tree into the Bricks+Agent system as the property owner threshold value.

  • If the expenditure limit value is not synced Bricks+Agent, the default owner approval threshold value will be captured.

Note: This improvement is currently only available for offices utilising our integration with Property Tree.

✨Enhancement for Maintenance Requests in Console Cloud

  • With this new release, all the maintenance request(s) that are created from within Console Cloud will be synced to Bricks+Agent as a Drafted Job(s).

✨ Displaying the Property Address and Trade Name columns

  • With this release, the “Enable daily invoice summary email“ setting is enabled, and when you receive the financial email, you can now view the Property Address and Trade Name columns in the Invoice_disbursements.csv.
