With this release, 15% GST will be charged when New Zealand users perform the following actions in Invoice Automate:

✨ Excluding ‘Future Tenants’ from the system
With this enhancement, you will not be able to view ‘Future Tenants’ under the ‘+ Create Tenancy Invoice’ section. Future tenants will be completely excluded from Invoice Automate until they move in and become 'current' tenants.
✨ Enhancement to display the attached Invoice in the Owner’s email template
With this release, when you approve the invoice, the system will be able to attach the invoice via approved invoice email if the following scenarios are fulfilled:
If the “Notify owner” setting is enabled
If the “Notify the owner that the bill is received” checkboxes are checked
If the “Include Invoice Attachment” checkboxes are checked
✨ Introducing a new Insight report
With this improvement, you can now view the property addresses in the underlying reports.
You can also view the approved and deleted columns in the invoice summary underlying report, and you can see the date range filters in the following sections.
