✨Introducing GST charges for New Zealand
New Zealand Service Providers will now notice a new banner displayed on the 'Complete Job' screen. The banner serves to inform you that GST will be applied to the commission.
In addition, when charging the commission from New Zealand service providers, GST will be considered.
✨Partial payment-related email notification changes
With this latest update, when a Property Manager makes a partial payment to the job the details of the partial payment will be shared with you via email
You can also view the partial payment details in the job completion email that is sent to you when the PM approves the Invoice of the job.
✨ Enhancing the Asset Registry
When you navigate to the job detail you will be able to view any added asset details.
Clicking on the Attached Assets link will show you all of the attached assets for a job
✨ Displaying the Property Address in the Quote Request Cancelled email subject and body
When the Property Manager has cancelled a Quote Request you can view the Property Address in the Quote Request Cancelled email subject and body making it easier to see critical information at a glance.
✨ Removing the Scan toggle
With this enhancement, you no longer need to use the scan toggle button in the following screens.

Once you have attached the invoice the system will scan automatically.
You can identify the Invoice Number of the uploaded Invoice as the Invoice Reference Number.

When you navigate to the notes section and the activity timeline, you can view only the relevant Job notes and activity.
