Revolutionise Your Job Management: Advanced Search with Enhanced Property Manager Access!

Property Managers now enjoy an enriched experience with advanced search functionality, enabling them to use the organisation view and access comprehensive job listings. The interface includes a dropdown menu featuring property manager names, ensuring efficient and relevant job searches. This improvement eliminates previous constraints, allowing all property managers to view unassigned properties without needing an 'Organisation admin' role. This update streamlines the search process, facilitating more effective job management

Boost Efficiency with Streamlined Email Templates for Faster Owner Approvals!

Property Managers can now save and utilise email templates directly within the "Ask Owner Approval" process, streamlining communication and enhancing efficiency. The system supports both predefined and custom templates, with prompts to confirm important actions like deleting a template, ensuring a seamless user experience. Users can also conveniently edit template content within the same interface.

Streamlined Compliance: Instantly View Trade Licenses and Insurance Documents in Profiles!

With this update, you can now directly view the licence and insurance documents that Trades upload, right within their profile screen.

Simplify Your Invoice Management: Enhanced Controls and Clarity for PropertyTree PM Users!

We're excited to announce an update for our Property Tree Property Manager (PT PM) users, enhancing the management of cancelled invoices on completed jobs. Here are the key improvements:

  • Error Notification: An error message will now appear if you attempt to cancel an invoice that another user has already cancelled for the same job.

  • Single Cancellation: The "Cancel Invoice" button is now a one-time action to prevent duplicate cancellations.

  • Simplified Interface: We've removed visible emails and stamps associated with cancelled invoices to reduce confusion.

  • User Control: The original user who cancelled the invoice retains the ability to manage it.

  • Navigation: To cancel an invoice, simply navigate to the completed job and select the "Cancel Invoice" button.

Seamless Communication Update: Clear Visibility on Service Provider Email Preferences Across the System!

  • In this update, if a job is assigned to a Premium Service Provider (SP) who has chosen not to receive email messages by enabling the "Don't send me any messages" setting, you will see a tag that says "Email Notifications Turned off: All" in these parts of the system:

    • Email Tab on the Job details screen.

    • SP Mini Profile on the Assign Trade screen

    • Trade Selected information on Job Details Tab

Effortless Task Management: Introducing Enhanced Job Cloning with Note Continuity in Our New PM App!

The new PM app now includes an enhanced job cloning feature. Property Managers can opt to clone a job along with all associated job notes, ensuring continuity and access to previous conversations and details pertinent to similar tasks. This toggle option, "Clone with The Job Notes," is designed to streamline the job duplication process while maintaining the privacy of notes, which will only be accessible to the Property Manager.

Never Miss a Beat: Effortlessly Track Email Bounce Status with Our Latest Update! 

With our latest update, if an email you've sent to an Owner, Tenant, Service Provider (SP), or any external parties fails to deliver and bounces back, you can now effortlessly track its "Bounce" status directly from both the Email and Activity tabs.
