✨ Updated Invoice Reminders: Targeting the Right Property Manager

✨ Streamlined GST Handling for Tenancy Invoices

Experience enhanced efficiency with our latest Invoice Automate feature tailored for property management users. Now, when an owner is GST-registered in the PT system, a distinct 'Owner Registered for GST' tag will prominently appear within the Owner Details and Bulk Review sections. This simplifies identification and calculation of the applicable GST amount for Tenancy Invoices. Moreover, the invoicing system seamlessly incorporates the Owner GST amount into the Tenancy Invoice, ensuring all GST-related calculations update automatically for a hassle-free experience. Managing GST for registered owners has never been smoother.

✨ Invoice Summary Report Upgrade: Enhanced Tracking and Flexibility

We've upgraded the Invoice Summary Report in the insights section to include the "Created Date" column when exporting to a CSV file. This enhancement offers users clearer visibility into the upload date for each invoice, enhancing tracking and organisation of invoice processing activities. What's more, the "Created Date" is now accessible under every filter type, like "Approved," "Deleted," "Filed," and "OnDashboard," enabling more precise and flexible data management within the report.
