By default we will automatically generate a basic description library for you, this is the description that shows on your creditor invoices to avoid manually have to enter in each description.

You can edit the description further or delete any that you do not require.

NOTE: You can use template fields or hardcode the information.

Within settings > Invoice description library settings, you also have the ability to add in additional descriptions by clicking the 'Add' button.

You will be presented with two options; Creditor Type and Single Creditor.

For Creditor Type, you can add in a description based on different creditor types such as water, strata, ETF and other.

This means that all water invoices or all strata invoices, will have the exact same description format.

The second option is to create a single creditor description, where by you create a description which is only relevant to that creditor. For example, you may have a specific description layout for your Terri Scheer or specific council invoices.

Once you save these you can edit the description or remove it at any time noting that a description is required for each creditor and tenancy invoice you create.
