Proptech Labs gives you several ways to learn and get help: an in‑product help widget, a searchable knowledge base, a Tasks checklist for guided learning, and a Training Academy with free, self‑paced courses and webinars. These resources cover Invoice Automate and related products such as Inspection Manager and Key Automate.


Contact support

If you cannot find what you need in the Help Centre, contact support from the widget or via the website.

To contact support:

  • Select the help widget at the bottom left of the screen

  • Choose Send us a message

  • You may see options you can choose from:

    • Online Training Course - Register for the Invoice Automate training course

    • Getting Started Guide - Opens an article in the knowledge base

    • Reporting an Issue with Invoice - Opens an article in the knowledge base

    • Chat to Support - Opens live chat


Use the help centre from the help widget

Use the help widget to search for answers, open articles, and contact support without leaving your workflow.

  • Select the help widget (bottom left)

  • Select Help to open the help centre side panel

  • In Search for help, enter short, specific keywords and press Enter to view results

  • Select a product to view its categories

  • Select a category to access the help articles

Tip: Use concise terms such as bulk approval, upload invoices, or duplicate detection for more relevant results.


Track your learning with Tasks

Tasks is a built‑in checklist that lets you step through key features and mark items complete as you go.

  • Select the help widget (bottom left)

  • Select Tasks

  • Open a task, such as Dashboard Overview or Bulk Review & Approval, and follow the steps or short video

Note: You can complete the tasks in any order or jump straight to the topic you need.

  • Select Mark as completed when done


Browse the knowledge base

The knowledge base is a central library featuring step-by-step articles for Invoice Automate, Inspection Manager, Key Automate, and more. It also includes release notes.

To browse the knowledge base website:

  • Search for Help - To find the articles you need, use the search feature by entering key terms. Opt for concise, essential words instead of long phrases for more effective results

  • Categories - Each category in the knowledge base allows you to quickly locate the articles you are looking for. You can click through the categories to access related subcategories or grouped articles, making your search more efficient

  • Articles - Articles provide valuable information on features and step-by-step processes. At the bottom of each article, you may find a What's Next? section that guides you to related articles. After reading an article, you can submit feedback by clicking the thumbs-up or thumbs-down buttons


Join the training academy

The Training Academy offers free, self‑paced courses and webinars so your team can learn at their own speed.

To access courses:

  • Use the filter and search options or

  • Browse the training courses and select Learn more to start
