How to Restrict Reminders to Property Managers

These are the steps on how to Restrict Reminders to Property Managers in Invoice Automate.

Note: This setting will be applied for the agency-wide setting. When this setting is enabled, the property managers will not receive any reminders relevant to any invoices.

Step 1: Click 'Settings', which is located on the left-hand side of your Invoice Automate dashboard.


Step 2: Once you clicked the Settings button, you will be directed to the 'General Settings' automatically.


Step 3: Toggle on "Restrict reminders to property manager"


Step 4: Click the "Save" button that is located on the lower right of the settings to save the changes made.

Once that is done, the invoices will restrict reminders to property managers in Invoice Automate.
