When using the external/strata jobs functionality for sending jobs for owners to attend to through B+A. Here are the main actions you have:
Re-Award a Job - You can re-award the job to another trade.
Job Edit - You can edit that particular job.
Complete Job - Mark the job as complete which will then log in the activity timeline that the job has been completed.
Deactivate Job - You can deactivate the job
Jobs that have been sent through to the owner for them to complete have the functionality as well.
You can search for external/start jobs using the 'Advanced Search' function under the 'External/Strata' and you will be able to view all those particular jobs under that status.
