How do you transfer existing Jobs to a new User?

Any changes to the Portfolio owner in Property Tree will automatically sync into Bricks + Agent and all Jobs will appear under the newly assigned User.

Where can I get help if I have a question?

To access the Live Chat function, you can select the red Chat icon in the bottom left-hand corner. Click on 'Send us a Message'. You can also see previous conversations.

How do I access the Knowledgebase articles?

In Bricks + Agent, you can select the red Chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner under 'Search for help', type in the topic, and search.
