When an owner is marked as Registered for GST in Property Tree, Invoice Automate uses that information to:
Display an Owner registered for GST tag on the invoice screen (Owner Details)
Display the same tag in Bulk Review
Apply owner GST handling when creating a tenancy invoice from the invoice (for charges passed on to a tenant, such as water usage)
Note: Invoice Automate is embedded into/works in conjunction with MRI Property Tree.
Note: Property Tree tenancy invoice behaviour (including GST handling) can also depend on your account code configuration in Property Tree.
View the Owner registered for GST tag on an invoice
Use this when you want to confirm Invoice Automate has detected the owner’s GST registration.
In Invoice Automate > Open the invoice
In the right-side panel, locate Owner Details
Confirm you can see the green Owner registered for GST tag
