About the Insights workspace
Insights provides a set of tabs that surface your invoice data in different views. The interface includes a right‑hand Filters panel, a Print button that opens your browser’s print settings, and contextual More options menus on visuals and tables.
Navigate the tabs at the bottom of Insights
Start on Insights, then select one of the tabs along the bottom ribbon to open that view.
In Invoice Automate > In the left navigation, select Insights
Instalments
Use this tab to review invoices configured as instalments in a table layout.
What you see - A table with columns such as
Reference Number
Creditor Type
Creditor Name
Property Address
Assigned Property Manager
Owners, Amount (Instalment Amount)
Creditor Remind Date
Due date
Description
Filters populate on selection
The right‑hand Filters panel lists fields available for filtering
Select a row. The Filters pane populates with the selected values so you can refine or clear them
Focus mode
Select Focus mode in the visual header to expand the table, making it easier to review columns
Select Back to report to return. Focus mode enlarges a single visual for detailed viewing
More options menu
Open the More options menu on the table for:
Export data - Opens a dialogue to export Summarized data or Underlying data, with file formats such as .xlsx (Excel 150,000‑row max), .csv (30,000‑row max), and .xlsx with live connection (500,000‑row max). Exact limits depend on tenant settings, the data model, and whether export of underlying data is permitted
Show as a table - Displays a data grid for the visual, with Switch to vertical layout and Back to report controls
Spotlight - Highlights the selected visual and dims the rest of the page to draw attention. On a page with a single large table, this may appear as a subtle shadow because there are no other visuals to dim
Get insights - Opens the Insights pane that automatically looks for trends and anomalies. Availability requires Premium or PPU capacity for notifications and may be disabled by tenant settings
