Activating Invoice Automate in Reapit PM Setup

This guide is a complete step by step overview for activating Invoice Automate within Reapit PM.

Step 1:

To activate Invoice Automate in Reapit PM, navigate to 'Marketplace' in Reapit PM and scroll down until you see Invoice Automate under the Accounts Payable heading. Click to move onto the next step.

Step 2: Reapit PM Activation

Once you have clicked on the Invoice Automate button in Step 1, select 'Add to Reapit PM'

You will then be prompted to go through the activation steps.

Note: If you have a Bricks + Agent account with us, please select Existing Client, do not proceed with Step 3.

Continue to the next step which will generate your unique API key, please copy & paste this key into an email back to the Invoice Automate onboarding team.

Step 3: Account Creation

For NEW clients only - please disregard this step if you use Bricks + Agent.

Once you have followed the steps above, please click the link below to create your new Invoice Automate user account:

When registering, you will be required to input the following details:

a) Your user details

b) Your agency details

c) Your integration platform - please select Reapit PM

d)Your office details

Step 4: Enabling the Data Sync

Click the link below to login to Invoice Automate and follow the onboarding wizard, select your plan and enter in your Credit Card to unlock the account.

If you are already a Bricks + Agent client, please login as normal.

Navigate to Settings > Integrations & Imports and paste in your API Key from Step 2 select Activate to trigger the data sync.
