[PM] Trade Feedback Rating via Tenant

This article will show the tenant perspective to adding a rating to a recently completed job.

Once a trade has upload an invoice into Bricks + Agent an email is triggered to the tenant to advise the job has been marked as completed.

If the tenant clicks the View Details button, they will have the ability to review the job details as well as provide their feedback.

The tenant can select the star rating and choose to leave a comment, this comment will be seen by the Property Manager as well as other agencies that may use this trade.

You will then see the feedback captured against the job details screen, it will also then be shown against the trades profile.

The feedback rating email will trigger and send to the assigned Property Manager as per the below; there is no email sent to the trade.
