✨ AI-Powered Job Posting with Your Property Manager AI Assistant

Revolutionise how you manage maintenance jobs with the AI-powered Property Manager Assistant for Bricks+Agent. This incredible feature allows property managers to approve and post tenant-submitted or draft maintenance jobs effortlessly. By clicking 'Accept with AI,' it extracts key details like property address, issue description, and attachments, pre-filling fields for review and easy editing. Preserve your preferred settings, such as priorities, due dates, and key collection options, while the AI suggests the most relevant information for other fields. With your AI Assistant, posting jobs is faster, smarter, and more efficient—bringing automation and accuracy to your workflows.

You can retain control with the option to switch to manual posting anytime. Streamline job creation with AI-powered efficiency. By attaching tenant or owner emails, the system automatically extracts essential details like property address, issue description, and attachments, reducing manual input. Property managers can review and edit these fields to ensure accuracy before proceeding. Seamlessly integrated into your workflow, this feature allows the job posting process faster while maintaining control and precision, complete with an "AI" tag for easy tracking.



✨ Visibility of Unsubscribed Users

Property Managers can now effortlessly identify unsubscribed Owners and Tenants within the platform. This new feature clearly labels unsubscribed individuals with “[unsubscribed]” next to their names across key sections, such as job details, contact tabs, and work orders. While unsubscribed users remain visible for management purposes, all communications to them are automatically disabled, ensuring compliance with their preferences. Easily manage your tenant and owner relationships without the risk of unwanted communications.

✨ Enhanced Insights Report for Job Distribution Analysis

Gain deeper clarity into your operational performance with the Enhanced Insights Report for Job Distribution. Now available in your Jobs tab, this feature tracks the number of jobs created through the Inspection Manager (IM) channel, seamlessly integrated into your existing workflow.

Easily visualise and compare job creation across channels with detailed breakdowns, real-time updates upon job approval, and interactive insights. Leverage powerful filtering options to refine your data view and make informed decisions to optimise channel performance. Experience unparalleled visibility and control with this latest enhancement!

✨ Simplified Attachment Management for Owner Approvals

Managing attachments just got easier when sending jobs for owner approval. Instead of including attachments directly in emails, recipients can now access everything via a single, streamlined button: “Click here to view Attachments/Action this request.”

Attachments are neatly organised in the owner tracking dashboard, where all files can be downloaded, and saved as a zip file. Enjoy a clutter-free process, eliminate attachment errors, and streamline approvals with this practical enhancement!

✨ Smarter Asset Management for Seamless Operations

Keep your property records accurate and your workflow smooth with enhanced asset management controls.

  • Linked Assets: Assets tied to open jobs can no longer be deleted, ensuring essential resources remain accessible until job completion.

  • Restoration Made Easy: Deleted assets from completed jobs can be effortlessly restored using the “Restore Deleted Assets” drawer, providing flexibility for adjustments.

  • Clean-Up Simplified: Unlinked assets can still be deleted to maintain up-to-date records, all while enjoying clear notifications and intuitive actions.

This update helps Property Managers focus on efficiency, precision, and streamlined operations.

✨ Improved Organisation View Management in Communications

Property Managers can now enjoy enhanced control and efficiency with updates to the Organisation View dropdown under the Communications tab. New action buttons for Save, Close, Reset, and Select All provide seamless navigation and streamline workflows. Dropdown selections remain intact once saved, even if you navigate away or log out, ensuring continuity and focus on what matters most. Additionally, improved email handling allows you to easily manage and view relevant emails with saved filters, making communication more targeted and effective. These updates empower you to focus on tasks without interruption, ensuring a smoother property management experience.

✨ Designate Multiple Property Managers

Collaboration within property management teams is now easier than ever, and multiple property managers can be designated to access the Review Assets Dashboard. This enhancement allows Lead Organisation Admins to assign multiple Property Managers to handle tasks such as reviewing, approving, editing, deleting, searching, and comparing asset details. This upgrade ensures seamless management of new asset details from job postings and tenant submissions. Property Managers can now work together more efficiently, streamlining workflows and improving the overall management of property assets.

✨ Weekly Summary Email Activity Timeline

Property managers and service providers now gain full visibility of activity within the Weekly Summary for quotes and work order reminders email through enhanced timeline stamping.

When a Property manager-defined rule triggers the email, the system stamps the Property manager activity timeline, Service Provider activity timeline, and Property timeline for each job included. This ensures PMs have a complete record of reminders sent, reflected in the Generate Activity Timeline PDF.

For Service Provider-defined rules, only the Service Provider activity timeline is stamped, maintaining a clean focus while ensuring providers are informed and accountable. These updates streamline communication, improve transparency, and reinforce record-keeping with precise activity tracking across all jobs mentioned in the summary emails.

✨ Advanced Search: View All Snoozed Jobs

The New PM App now includes a "View all Snoozed Jobs" checkbox in the Advanced Search section, enabling property managers to filter and display snoozed jobs specific to individual users effortlessly. By selecting this checkbox under the "Organisation View" dropdown, you gain a comprehensive view of all snoozed tasks, each marked with a "Job Snoozed" tag. This enhancement streamlines task management, improves visibility, and ensures that your workflow remains organised and efficient.

Replacing the old overview tab, this tool provides a clear, concise summary of all job activities, updates, and key details. Tailor your tenant communications effortlessly with our new feature that allows property managers to select specific tenant types—Primary, Secondary, or All—when sending asset notifications from the Asset Register Dashboard. Plus, the system automatically prevents duplicate emails, streamlining the process for better documentation and communication. ✨ Prioritise Owner and Tenant Preferences with Enhanced Email Communication

The Bricks+Agent platform now displays and prioritises owners' and tenants' preferred email addresses for all communications, from job approvals to invoices. Whether you're managing quotes or sending essential updates, you can be sure your emails reach the right inbox. If no preferred email is set, the system will default to the next available option. Plus, users can now log in with their preferred emails, syncing with the portal for a smoother experience. This update ensures streamlined, personalised communication every time.
