About the Restrict reminders to property manager setting

This agency‑wide setting determines who receives invoice-reminder notifications. Use it to align reminders with your internal responsibility model for invoice follow‑up.

Note: Changes apply to all offices and users in your agency. Only users with access to Settings should change this option.


Turn the setting on or off

To control this setting:

  • In Invoice Automate > Go to: Settings

  • Open General Settings

  • Toggle Restrict reminders to property manager to on or off

    • On - reminders are restricted according to this setting’s behaviour (see the note below)

    • Off - reminders follow the default behaviour for your agency

  • Select Save

After saving, reminder delivery updates are applied to future reminder events. Existing reminders already sent are not recalled.

Note: Reminder delivery timing follows your existing reminder schedules. The setting does not change the schedule frequency.
