How to View and Compare Ingoing Data During Outgoings via the App

It is important to note that Ingoing Comparison data can be viewed but not edited, this is for comparison use only. If you wish to reuse Ingoing data then you will need to use the Last Inspection Data feature.

STEP 1: When you are conducting an Outgoing inspection on the Inspection Manager app you will see a toggle switch that is 'OFF' by default at the top of the inspection to 'Load Ingoing For Comparison'.


STEP 2: Once the switch is toggled 'ON' there will then be a 'Confirmation' that you can either tap 'Yes' to confirm the process or 'No' to cancel.


STEP 3: Once you tap 'Yes' the Ingoing data will then start to load to your Outgoing.


STEP 4: Once the Ingoing data has loaded, the information will appear as an expandable box under every item in the inspection. The data show in 2 ways:

  • Property Managers Ingoing (Blue): In the section with a soft blue background it will show any Comments, Conditions and Media added by the Property Manager at the time of the ingoing.

  • Tenant Disagreements (Red): If the tenant disagreed with the item in the Ingoing inspection then their disagreement and any Comments and Photos added by the tenant will display in the section with the soft Red background.

(You can tap the Property Manager and Tenant Ingoing comments/photos to view them in a larger scale)

The coloured backgrounds help you to easly spot if it is the ingoing compaison, the tenant disagreements or the section you need to add your new data into.


Comparing Individual Photos

  • Once a photo is captured you can tap the photo then tap the 'Compare Photo' option at the top right of the image.

  • Then you will see the newly captured image and the option to 'Select Previous Image'.

  • You can then proceed to select an image from the Ingoing to compare the newly captured image to and tap 'Done'.

  • You will then see the images on top of one another to compare them in a larger scale than the thumbnails.
