About moving photos on inspection reports

You can move photos to a different area or item while editing an inspection report in Inspection Manager. This is useful when photos were added to the wrong section or need to be grouped under a more accurate area before the report is finalised.

The options available depend on the inspection type:

  • Routine inspections - Move photos to another Area only

  • Ingoing and Outgoing inspections - Move photos to another Area, and then select the relevant Item

You can move photos individually using the drop-down options on each photo or move multiple photos at once using the bulk reassignment option.
