STEP 1: Navigate to the Settings tab located on the left column.
STEP 2: Scroll down until you reach 'Asset Register Settings'. There is a number of options here so we will break it down in separate sections below.
Enable Assets for office setting will either completely Enable or Disable the Assets feature for your account.
Enable Assets for Ingoing, Outgoing and Routine Inspections options to Enable or disable assets showing on the these inspection types.
Outgoing and Routine (Tenant Copy) toggles will either Enable or Disable Assets showing on the tenant copy of these inspection types.
The following settings will allow you to control the following two scenarios:
Enable mandatory asset addition on Inspections (if turned ON) will force Inspecting agents to action every area stating if there is or is not an Asset.
Enable mandatory condition rating of assets on Inspections (if turned ON) will force Inspecting Agents to rate the condition of previously added Assets.
