About Property Tree sync settings (if enabled)
Property Tree sync settings appear in General Settings only when your office has the Property Tree integration enabled. These settings control which Property Tree inspections are created in Inspection Manager, how certain details are handled during sync, and who receives sync result notifications.
Note: This section is available only to users with the Office Manager role.
Access Property Tree sync settings
Use these steps to open the sync settings section in the CMS.
Select Settings from the left menu
On the General Settings page, locate the Property Tree Sync Settings panel
In PT Sync Settings, update any of the following:
Set how far into the future inspections are created
The inspection creation window controls which upcoming Property Tree inspections are created in Inspection Manager.
Configure PT Inspection Creation Days Future
In PT SYNC Settings, locate PT Inspection Creation Days Future
Select the forward window your office uses:
7 Days, 15 Days, 30 Days, or 60 Days
Tip: If an inspection does not appear in Inspection Manager, confirm that the inspection date in Property Tree falls within your selected window.
Keep reassigned inspections from reverting (PT Task Based Office)
PT Task Based Office controls whether reassigned inspections in Inspection Manager stay assigned to the new user, or whether the next sync reverts the inspection back to the original assigned user from Property Tree.
Configure PT Task Based Office
In PT SYNC Settings, locate PT Task Based Office
Toggle the setting:
On to allow reassignment in Inspection Manager to remain after the next sync
Off to continue following assignment from Property Tree
Tip: Turn this on if your office regularly reassigns inspections due to leave, workload, or portfolio changes.
Sync office notes from Property Tree (PT Notes Sync Office)
PT Notes Sync Office controls whether office notes are included during the Property Tree sync (the exact note type depends on your configuration).
Configure PT Notes Sync Office
In PT SYNC Settings, locate PT Notes Sync Office
Toggle the setting:
On to sync notes from Property Tree (as supported by your integration setup)
Off to prevent notes from syncing
Set default Last Inspection Data (LID) behaviour for synced inspections
This section lets you preselect which Last Inspection Data types are included by default when inspections sync from Property Tree.
Configure Sync Automatic LID Setting for inspections
In PT SYNC Settings, locate Sync Automatic LID Setting for inspections
Toggle the setting On to enable default LID copying
Select which data types are included by default:

Note: These selections set the defaults for synced inspections. Staff may still be able to adjust Last Inspection Data behaviour when creating or conducting an inspection, depending on your office settings.
Set LID copy rules by inspection type (if shown)
Some Property Tree sync configurations allow you to choose how Last Inspection Data is applied for each inspection type.
Configure inspection-type rules
Under Ingoing, open the drop-down and choose the rule your office wants (for example, Copy from Ingoing)
Under Outgoing, open the drop-down and choose the rule your office wants (for example, Copy from Outgoing)
Under Routine, open the drop-down and choose the rule your office wants (for example, Enabled)
Tip: Keep rules consistent unless your workflow requires otherwise.

This setting controls which users receive email notifications about Property Tree sync results.
Configure PT sync email recipients
Locate Who should receive your emails about PT sync results
Start typing a user’s name, then select the user from the list to add them
