How to process invoices?
STEP 1: Click on the 'Invoice Review' status in the dashboard to view and take action.
Click on the job you wish to approve, on the right, you'll see the job details as well as the invoice that was attached to it.
There are a number of actions that you can do such as Change the Job Payer, View the Invoice, Reject, and Approve the Invoice.
STEP 2: Under the Approve invoice screen, you can download the invoice the trade has uploaded for your reference. Alongside are the job details, which you can view in their entirety by clicking 'View more details' to see a snapshot of the invoice's details. If necessary, you can edit the details by clicking on the blue ποΈ icon.
STEP 3: Confirm that the invoice amount matches the invoice by checking the box "Have you confirmed that the invoice amount matches the final invoice?"
Notify Owner - You can notify the owner that the work has been completed, and you can include the invoice attachment and images.
Feedback - You can also provide feedback to your trade by rating them and leaving a comment. Once the job is approved, the trade will be able to see it.
Change Job Payer - By default, the payer is the agency, but you can change it by clicking the 'Change Job Payer' button.
Create Tenancy Invoice - On the Approve Invoice screen, you can also create a tenancy invoice by clicking the 'Create Tenancy Invoice' button, then selecting a tenant, adding an invoice amount and a description, and Save. This tenancy invoice will also sync across for processing.
STEP 4: Once done, click 'Approve,' and you'll see a notification that the job is completed.
