Trades can easily respond to the work order email they received with the invoice, which is attached to the job.

As a trade, you will receive an email or work order with all of the key information needed for this specific job, as well as a copy of the work order in PFD format.

STEP 1: Once you've completed the job, simply reply to the email by clicking "Reply,"

STEP 2: Attach the invoice document, and click "Send."

Verify the trade email to ensure that the invoice is correctly assigned to the job.

To verify that the job has received the invoice, do the following:

Enter the job number into the search bar to find it.

When you click on the job, you'll notice that the status has changed to "Job Approval Pending" and an invoice has been attached to it.
