STEP 1: To reset your password on the App, you must make sure that the password field is showing first. The password field appears only after adding an email to the email field.
STEP 2: Tap on 'Forgot password?' confirm that your email address is correct, then tap on 'Send'.
A notification will appear informing you that a 'Reset password email has been sent to you'.
STEP 3: You will receive a reset password email with a link to reset your password.
When resetting your password, it must comply with our minimum password requirements. Your password must contain:
8 characters long
Have one Symbol
Have one Capital Letter
Have one Number.
So an example would be: Example!23
