When you log in, the dashboard will display all of your keys, and you will also have access to several navigation options.
1. Filter
There are a number of different ways you can filter your keys by their statuses:
| This filter will be the default, and it will display all of your keys |
| To see All your keys that are currently checked in |
| To see All your keys that are checked out |
| To see All your keys that are ready to collect |
| To see All your keys that are already overdue |
| To see the keys that are missing |
📍 Tip: You can use combinations of these filters on one screen.
2. Bookings
See all the keys that are scheduled to be booked at a certain time by selecting the booked date.
3. Search
To refine your search, use the property, key, or borrower filters in combination with the other filters.
