Signing out of the App regularly has its benefits. Just like refreshing the inspection list on the App, signing out of the App will do a few things behind the scenes:
It will remove inspection data for all inspections that have been closed 1 week prior to signing out. Without this vital step, the app will continue growing in size holding countless old inspection data.
It will update your App with the latest office settings, including the latest Predictive Phrases.
It will update your inspection list to show the latest changes made to your properties, inspections, and layouts.
To sign out of the app simply follow the steps below.
On the App Main screen, there will be a 'More' tab at the bottom right of the screen.
Simply tap the 'More' tab and then tap 'Sign Out'.
