About the Proptech Labs Property Manager app
The Proptech Labs Property Manager app is designed to help real estate property managers streamline inspections and maintenance workflows on mobile devices.
The app is available on iPhone and iPad via the Apple App Store and appears on Google Play for Android.
Note: On iPhone, the app requires iOS 16.6 or later. On Android, the app requires Android 10.0 or later.
Before you start
To sign in successfully, you will need an active Proptech Labs Property Manager user account created for your agency or organisation.
If you are unsure whether you have an account, check with your agency administrator or your onboarding contact.
Sign in with an email address and password
Use these steps when you have a Proptech Labs account that uses an email and password sign-in.
Open the Proptech Labs Property Manager app on your device
If asked, allow all required permissions
If you deny a permission and a feature does not work, open Settings on your device and update permissions for Proptech Labs Property Manager
When asked which app you’d like to access, tap Inspection Manager
On the sign-in screen, enter your Email address
Enter your password
(Optional) Select the Remember me checkbox
Tap Log in
Tip: If you manage multiple agencies or email addresses, make sure you sign in using the email address linked to the correct agency account.
Note: After you tap Log in, a warning message may appear advising you not to delete the app, as doing so can cause loss of inspection data. To contact Support, go to More > Get in Touch, then slide to proceed.
Get help if you cannot sign in
If sign-in fails, try the following:
Check that your email address is correct (spelling and domain)
Re-enter your password carefully (ensure Caps Lock is not affecting entry)
If the issue continues, contact support via chat or email helpdesk@inspectionmanager.com.au
Note: Include a screenshot of any error message and the email address you attempted to sign in with (if permitted by your organisation).
