About the Invoice Automate dashboard
The dashboard is your command centre for invoice processing. It groups invoices into actionable sections (tiles), supports fast property search, lets you toggle between organisation‑wide and property-management-software‑specific views, and provides access to settings, notifications, and support.
The dashboard is your command centre. It groups invoices into sections (tiles), offers a top‑bar property search, lets you switch between organisation‑wide and PMS‑specific views, and provides quick access to settings and support.
Dashboard sections
You’ll typically see Issues, Duplicates, Needs Approval, Recurring, and Send to Property Manager for Approval. Open any section to focus on that queue; you can click View & Take Action on the tile or select the tile label to enter.
Search and views
Use the top search bar to find invoices by property. Use the Assigned To to select a specific user or users to narrow your scope.
Upload invoices
Upload PDFs/images directly from the dashboard, or forward supplier invoices to your agency’s Email Invoicing Inbox so they appear automatically. Ensure all sender addresses that forward into IA are listed in General Settings.
Settings
Settings let you tailor intake and integrations. General Settings includes your invoicing inbox, and the setup pages manage two‑way sync and creditor details. For BPAY creditors, ensure the BPAY Ref and Customer Reference Number fields match the values on your invoice to avoid payment errors.
Recycle Bin
Deleted invoices move to the Recycle Bin, where you can restore them if needed or permanently delete them. Retention duration is 90 days.
Notifications and support
Use Notifications (bell icon) to see recent activity.
