STEP 1:
Once you are on the 'Invoices that are duplicated' section on the dashboard, you will see the list of invoices that are duplicated. You will then notice that there is a yellow tag notification at the top of your page suggesting the duplicated invoice and a button to 'Compare Invoice'.
STEP 2:
Upon clicking on the 'Compare Invoice' button you will then have a side-by-side view of the invoices that the system thinks are duplicates. The invoice from your queue will be on the Left Hand Side of the page, and other processed invoices will show on the Right Hand Side.
When you scroll down the page, you will note that everything highlighted in red is what the system has pulled through as a duplicate.
STEP 3:
Once you have reviewed both of the invoices, You will have the option to approve, file only, or delete the invoice. By clicking 'Approve' the invoice will then sync through to your trust account.
