Creating Auto-forwarding Rules

Setting up your email inbox to automatically forward your invoices to Invoice Automate is done within your email Gmail client itself.

Below are some useful guides on how to setup auto-forwarding rules in your email inbox to automatically send your invoices to Invoice Automate - invoices@invoiceautomate.com

For Gmail for instance, to create an inbox filter from a creditor email, click on the 3 dots in the email and then 'Filter messages like these'

In the next screen add the email invoices@invoiceautomate.com to the To section, and tick the 'Has attachment' checkbox like below. Then click 'Create filter'

Within the next screen you can add further filters such as categorising the email into a folder with a label or marking it as read.

Once created this will start automatically forwarding those emailed invoices to the IA inbox for processing. To view and manage your Gmail filters, click the Settings, than See all settings, and under the Filters and Blocked Addresses you can see what is setup.

If you need any assistance after reviewing these guides, please contact the Invoice Automate support team.
