There are several ways to get help and learn about Invoice Automate:
Guides: You will see this guide function on the upper left-hand side of the platform, and you will be able to access Getting Started guide and Dashboard Tour.
Tooltips: Throughout the system, you will see a handy help (?) icon, which you can hover over to view helpful hints and links to articles and guides you require in that area.
Messenger:
If you require further assistance, you can engage with our live chat team by clicking on the little messenger icon on the left-hand side of the platform and viewing recent messages that you have discussed with them at the top.
You can use the 'Search for Help' button to access our article database and search for anything you need.
Upcoming Webinars: We list our upcoming webinars in the messenger, these are free to attend, and you can also request any previous webinar recordings from us.
Messages: Review previous conversations or start a new chat with our Support team.
Help: Collection of all our Invoice Automate help center articles, click here to learn more about our platform.
News: This will display a list of all our Release Notes and any announcements.
Tasks: This is your checklist, which you can view to ensure that you have ticked off all of the different platform learnings and can mark them as complete.
