There are several ways to get help and learn about Inspection Manager:

Help Icon Article Collection

The Help Icon is a great way to access all of your article collections. With the help icon, you can easily locate and read relevant articles for a variety of topics from your dashboard. All available article collections are conveniently displayed on the main page of the help icon.

By clicking on the icon, you will be taken to a selection of collections to choose from. If you are looking for specific content, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to narrow down your results.

Clicking on the "Help" Tab, you can use the 'Search for Help' bar to access our article database and search for anything you need.


Browsing Collections

When you select a collection, you will be taken to an overview page. This page displays all of the articles within the collection as well as a brief description of each article. You can select any of the articles to read it in full.

When you select an article from the overview page, you will be taken to the full article page. Here, you will be able to read the full article, leave feedback, and access related content. At the bottom of the page, you will see a section for related articles that you can peruse.


Message Icon

The Message icon on our website allows you access to previous conversations you have had with our team as well as the ability to send us new messages. To locate the Message icon on our website, look near the bottom right corner of the page.


When you click on the Message icon, a window will open giving you the option to start a new conversation or continue a previous one. To start a new conversation, click the “New conversation” button. This will open a new window, where you can type in your message and click “Send”.


If you already have a conversation history with our team, you can use the Message icon to access messages you have already exchanged with us. When the Message window opens, look for a list of your previous conversations.

After you click on the conversation name, you can read a chronological list of all of the messages that have been exchanged. You can reply to any message by typing your response in the field at the bottom of the page and clicking “Send.”

Upcoming Webinars

We understand that it can be difficult to keep track of upcoming webinars, which is why we've decided to list these in our messenger! Our webinars are free to attend, and all you need to do is request the specific webinar you have in mind. You can also watch our previous webinars, so you never miss a session.

Once you find the webinar you're looking for, make sure to sign up in advance to guarantee yourself a spot. We send out reminders for the webinars to make sure you don't miss them.

News

The News Icon is a feature of our product that allows you to access release notes and any other announcements.

When you click on the News Icon from the navigation bar of our product, you will be taken to a page that will show you a list of all the Release Notes and announcements.

You can click on each Release Note to view its full contents.

The News Icon is a great way to stay up to date with any news and changes in our product. We hope you’ll enjoy using it!
