Step 1: When in any inspection you will notice a new section under each area called 'Assets'.

Step 2: You can then tap the 'Assets' section to expand it and then either mark the area as 'No Assets Included' by ticking the checkbox or you can tap '+ Add New Asset' to add an asset to the area.

Step 3: After you tap '+ Add New Asset' you will be taken to a section where you can take a 'Front facing photo' and a 'Compliance plate photo', once both these photos have been taken and you tap 'Proceed' the app will then scan the photos and populate the information onto the following 'Add New Asset' section.

Once you have taken the 'Front facing photo' and a 'Compliance plate photo' you will be taken to the 'Add New Asset' section where you can fill in the rest of the asset details manually.

Note: Only the 'Asset Name' and adding at least one 'Asset Photo(s)' is mandatory.
