This Article will describe how to Add, View and Edit the condition of assets via the Inspection Manager CMS

Step 1: When in any inspection on the Inspection Manager CMS you will notice a new green section under each area called 'Assets'. Any Assets you have added via the Inspection Manager App will appear in this section to be viewed. However if there is no assets added to the area this will be indicated that 'There are currently no assets added to this area'.


Step 2: If an Asset was added via the app or if there is any assets Pending Review, then while in 'View' mode you are able to view details of the assets for each area as well as see any comments and photos that were added.


Step 3: While in 'Edit' mode you are able to either mark the area as 'No Assets Included' by ticking the checkbox or you can click '+ New Asset' to add an asset to the area. You can also add Photos and Comments to any asset, View or Delete/Archive any assets.

Note: You can only delete assets that have been added to an area for less than 7 days otherwise you can only Archive it. When deleting or archiving an asset you will need to give a reason on the Confirmation window that will be recorded against the deleted Asset.
