You can now view, edit, and manage current, overdue, and upcoming key bookings from the Key Overview tab in Key Automate. This enhancement helps property managers and admins clearly see key booking statuses and take quick action when needed.
Previously, bookings for keys were hard to track, especially if they were overdue or upcoming. Users had no way to manage these bookings directly. With this new feature, bookings are categorised into tabs—Current, Overdue, and Upcoming—with clear edit and delete options where appropriate. This ensures bookings are visible, organised, and easier to manage.

A: No. Deletion or edits are blocked to maintain accurate key status.
Q: Why can’t I update the Check-In date to today for an upcoming booking?
A: This prevents conflicts with existing bookings. Use future dates only.
Q: What happens when a future Check-In date is saved for an overdue booking?
A: It will automatically move to the “Upcoming” tab.
Q: Is there a summary count of bookings per tab?
A: Yes. Each tab shows the total count at the top.
Q: Can I view additional details for each booking?
A: Yes. Click the eye icon to open a detailed drawer with Key ID, borrower, address, dates, notes (if added), and overdue days.
