Invoice Automate: Commercial Water for Property Tree

If you have commercial properties and receive water bills that list multiple water meter reads on the one bill, Invoice Automate has the functionality to split these into individual invoices for easy processing.

Example below:

Invoice PDF file contains 96 meter numbers, Invoice Automate will create 96 separate invoices to process.


In order for Invoice Automate to be able to create the individual invoices, you will first need to setup water tags in Property Tree and then complete the commercial water setting in Invoice Automate.

Step 1

In Property Tree, you may need to click Configuration. After that, look for Management Tasks. Below you will see 'Group & Tags and kindly click that.


Step 2

From your accounting tab in Property Tree, click into MRI Invoice Automate and navigate to Settings > General Settings and enabled the Commercial Water Invoice Upload setting.

In here, you will need to list the water tags you have created & setup in Property Tree.

This will ensure the multiple invoices will be split out for your commercial water bills.
