There are several ways to get help and learn about Bricks + Agent:

Start Guide - You will be directed to our Help Centre's Getting Started Guide, which contains a list of all of our articles, step-by-step tutorials, and video clips.

to watch and learn how to use the platform.

Guides - You will see this guide function on the upper left-hand side of the platform, and you will be able to see unique articles to where you are inn the platform.

Tooltips - Throughout the system, you will see a handy help (?) icon, which you can hover over to view the articles and guides you require in that area.

Within each job, you'll also see links on function buttons that explain how that button works.

If you require further assistance, you can engage with our live chat team by clicking on the little messenger icon on the left-hand side of the platform and viewing recent messages that you have discussed with them at the top.

You can use the 'Search for Help' button to access our article database and search for anything you need.

Upcoming Webinars - We list our upcoming webinars in the messenger, these are free to attend, and you can also request any previous webinar recordings from us.

Message Icon - You can see previous conversations you had with our team and send us new messages if necessary.

Help Icon - this will display all of the article collections.

News Icon - this will display a list of all our Release Notes and any announcements.

Tasks Icon - This is your checklist, which you can view to ensure that you have ticked off all of the different platform learnings and can mark them as complete.
