Enable the SMS Package for your Organisation
Step 1: After logging in to the maintenance platform, click on "Settings" and go to "Payment Settings."
Step 2: Choose which package you want to add from the three plans by clicking the "+" to add more and the "-" to add less.
You can also see how many SMS messages you have left in the Payment settings, and you'll get alerts when your SMS credits are running low or when your SMS package is used up.
Enable SMS for work order and Quote Request reminders
Once you have an SMS package, you can now turn on the 'Enable SMS for work orders and quote request reminders' feature to enable the SMS feature for users.
Just toggle "Enable SMS for work orders and Quote Requests reminders" via Agency Configuration > General Settings.
You may also select who you want to enable the SMS feature for.
When you turn on this setting and choose 'trades,' you get these benefits:
You can send SMS notifications to trades when a job is awarded. [Notify trades via SMS]
You can remind trades to finish the awarded job [Remind Trades to complete the job]
You can also remind trades to send their quotes [Remind trades to Quote]
If you enable the setting with the 'tenant' option, you can notify the tenant via SMS when a job is awarded to a trade.
