What to do if a tenant doesn’t want to use Bricks + Agent?

There is minimal change the tenant is required to make. The tenant will receive the Omni Channel details, so the tenant can report their maintenance by using an email or SMS.

How can Tenants track their Maintenance?

Either via the MRI Property Connect App or the Bricks + Agent App. Tenants have more access to information via the MRI Property Connect App.

When adding a new Trade in Property Tree, will the Trade automatically sync across to the Bricks + Agent dashboard?

Yes, as long as they have an email in the company field and a default account code for Repairs & Maintenance.

What to do if Trades don’t want to use Bricks + Agent?

Alternatively, you can use the external function by selecting Invite Trades > Strata or External, to send to one-off trades, so all your Maintenance history is in one place. We encourage explaining the benefits for Trades who are already using Bricks + Agent.

Why I can't find my trade?

This could be due to several reasons. If they haven't been used before, make sure they're set up correctly in your database. Any updates you do on the trade will sync through within a few minutes.
