There are 8 different inspection statuses with Inspection Manager

  1. Pending

This inspection has been created but has not been started on any device. You will need to refresh your inspection list on the App if you do not see it yet.

  2. Tenant Routine (T Routine)

This inspection is specifically for a routine inspection that you have sent to your tenant(s) to complete as a Tenant Assisted Inspection (TAI).

  3. In Progress

This inspection has been started on your device but has not been synced to the CMS.

  4. Not Synced

This inspection has been completed but is only on your device and hasn’t been synced to our server yet. If you lose or break your device you could lose your inspection. It is not advisable to keep your inspections on this status for longer than is needed.

  5. Completed

This inspection is now safely on our server but you can still make changes. You may edit it on the CMS.

📝Note: If you make changes to the CMS, they will not sync back to the App. So please be mindful of this. If you are unsure, please contact our support team via chat.

  6. Scheduled

This inspection is an ingoing inspection that is scheduled to be sent out to tenants. It would be set for a future date and time and once that date and time is reached, the inspection would be sent to the tenants and the status will change to "T Review" status.

  7. In Tenant Review (T Review)

This inspection is specifically for paperless ingoing inspections. It means that you have sent your tenant(s) their paperless ingoing inspection and are awaiting their review and signature on their report. These inspections have limited days that they remain at this status.

Each State has legislative requirements that we have implemented, which will cause these inspections to automatically close once the time has lapsed or the tenant(s) have signed the report.

  8. Closed

This inspection has been finalised. They are inspections that either you have closed off, paperless ingoing inspections that have automatically closed off, or paperless ingoing inspections that have been closed by tenants signing them off.

You may download, email, or print Closed status inspections.
