STEP 1: Once you've logged in click on 'Layout Templates' tab.
STEP 2: Then click on the green 'New Layout' button at the top right.
STEP 3: Give your new layout a name, so that it can easily be identified in a layout drop-down list once saved.
βSTEP 4: Select the 'Layout Type' according to the property types that you will use it for.
STEP 5: Once the layout type is selected, the 'Add Area', 'Add Items', and 'Suggested Items' columns will display.
The 'Add Area' column allows you to add a new Area, select the amount of the Area you would like to add, and then select the green 'Add' button to add it.
It also allows you to rearrange or delete any existing Areas shown in this list by default. To rearrange, 'click and hold' the horizontal lines on the left, then drag and release the Area to the position you want.β
STEP 6: To view Items included on an Area, select that Area and you will then see all the Items display in the center column.

To add a new Item to this Area, use the box at the top, type the new item name and click on 'Add'.
You can also rearrange the order of Items within an Area using the horizontal lines next to each Item.
If an Item in the list shouldn't appear under this Area, then click on 'Remove' to remove it from this Area. Whenever an Item is removed from an Area, that Item will automatically be moved to the Suggested Items column. To add it back again, click on 'Add'.
You can also rename items if needed. Just click on 'Edit Item Names' at the top of the Item list. Click it once more after making your alterations.
The Suggested Items column as mentioned earlier will retain any Items you removed from an Area but also display other Suggested Items that Inspection Manager has considered a particular Area might need. For example, a Bidet will appear as a Suggested Item in a Bathroom Area.
